Carefully pack your watch in a sturdy box (the box your checks come in from your bank
works great) or a padded envelope
Include your name, address and phone number (along with your watch of course), with a
brief description of the problem
Because of possible loss we recommend you insure your watch
Once your watch is received we will
Un-box your watch and determine the nature of the problem
Catalog your watch into our computer system
Send you an acknowledgment that your watch was received, break down of all charges, and
the current status of your repair (your invoice number can be used to check the status of your repair online!)
Assemble any parts needed for your repair
Assign your watch to a watchmaker for service
Once your watch has been serviced
Your watch will be inspected by no less than three people
A new battery will be installed
The watch will be timed for at least 36 hours
Your watch will be carefully packaged and returned to you
